Ajmer Road is the NH-48 corridor running west out of Jaipur toward Ajmer, a stretch of roughly 15–20 km with very different characters along it. The inner part near Sodala and Vaishali Nagar is dense and established. Through Mahapura and the SEZ Road pocket the area is urbanising fast, with gated townships and new apartment projects, and further out it is still largely land parcels. The Pink Line metro serves the inner stretch. Most apartments listed here are in projects still under construction, so the important checks are the RERA registration for the specific phase, the possession date printed on that registration rather than in a brochure, the JDA approval for the land, and the width of the access road. The listings below show the projects we currently carry on this corridor, with the details each developer has supplied.
Some listings are completed and others are under construction. Each listing page states its status. For an under-construction project, ask for the RERA registration number and read the possession date on the RERA record.
The built-up corridor along NH-48 is commonly described as 15–20 km. The inner stretch near Sodala and Vaishali Nagar is established, the middle stretch through Mahapura and SEZ Road is growing quickly, and the outer stretch is mostly land.
The Pink Line metro serves the inner stretch of the corridor. The outer stretch through Mahapura and SEZ Road has no metro, so road access matters more there.
