Vardhman Eminara in Mansarovar is a 988-unit township of 3, 4 and 5 BHK apartments from 1,741 to 5,060 sq ft, built around a 300 m landscaped water canal with 76% open area. The developer's RERA numbers on the listing are RAJ/P/2024/3341 for Phase 1 (Blocks C and D) and RAJ/P/2026/5036 for Phase 2, with Phase 1 possession targeted before Diwali 2027. Mahima Valenza is a three-tower project by Mahima Group near Bharat Mata Circle in Mansarovar Extension, with 3 and 4 BHK homes that each have a home office. Its brochure prints no RERA number or possession date. For either project, confirm the registration at rera.rajasthan.gov.in and read the possession date on that record rather than in a brochure.
